Terms of Service

These terms apply to orders placed on dox.ee. The seller is DOX OÜ, registry code 12878245, Tallinn, Estonia, contact bark.me@dox.ee.

1. What we sell

DOX is a subscription box for dogs. Each box contains five to seven items such as treats, chews, toys and a printed note. Items change every month and are chosen for your dog's size and the allergies you tell us about. We may substitute an item with a similar one of equal or higher value if a product is unavailable.

2. Plans and prices

We offer 1-month, 3-month and 6-month plans. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and it includes free shipping within the countries we deliver to. Prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically: monthly plans every month, and 3- and 6-month plans at the end of their term, at the plan price shown at purchase. Stripe may send you a reminder before renewal.

4. Skip, pause and cancel

You can skip a month, pause or cancel at any time by emailing bark.me@dox.ee before the renewal date, or by using the online subscription portal linked on our site where you can see your next payment date, update your card or address, or cancel. We confirm every change by email. Boxes that are already paid for are still sent.

5. Delivery

We ship across the European Union, and to the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. Expected delivery is 3–5 business days to a parcel machine or your address after dispatch. Please make sure your delivery details are correct. Delays caused by carriers or wrong addresses are outside our control, but contact us and we will help to sort it out.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, email us a clear statement of your decision. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Food and treats are not returnable once opened or if the packaging has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons, as allowed by consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.

8. Allergies and safety

Tell us about your dog's allergies when you order. We read ingredient lists carefully, but you remain responsible for checking that products suit your dog. Supervise your dog with chews and toys, and stop use if a product is damaged.

9. Gift boxes

One-off gift boxes are available on request. These terms apply to them as well.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of the box concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without taking away mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. Please contact us first at bark.me@dox.ee and we will do our best to solve any problem. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform or the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.
